Help Sail Orcas Purchase An FJ Sailing Dinghy

Sail Orcas supports the Orcas High School NWISA Sailing Team. We recently sold off 6 boats from our double handed fleet at very reasonable prices to help Lopez HS and Oak Harbor HS get boats and start sailing teams. We now are replacing those boats with FJ's and YOU CAN JOIN US by helping purchase an FJ. The FJ would be used in our Sail Orcas High School Racing, Orcas Middle School Lessons and Junior Summer Lesson Programs.

The Sail Orcas FJ fleet will also be used at NWISA away regattas. Sail Orcas always takes a trailer full of boats to each away regatta, sharing boats with new teams that don't have boats, enabling more kids to get out racing.

Each FJ costs $7800. We are hoping that enough people will help us through this funding appeal to add one additional FJ to our fleet. Any amount you give will help and the money will only be used for the purchase of an FJ dinghy for youth sailing in the PNW
